What is Lighthouse Dream?
Lighthouse Dream is an independent directory of lighthouses for sale in the United States. It tracks private listings, federal auctions and free transfers, and it records what lighthouses have sold for. Each listing links to the original source and shows the date we last checked it.
We are not a broker, a lender or an agent. We do not represent buyers or sellers, and we do not take part in any sale. Buyers are sent to the listing agent, the owner or the official notice.
Why does Lighthouse Dream exist?
Lighthouse Dream exists because lighthouse sales are scattered. Federal auctions run on one government site, free transfers run through notices from GSA and the National Park Service, and private listings appear on MLS sites and owners’ pages. Nobody keeps the prices and outcomes in one place. This directory does.
How do we work?
Every listing page links to its sources and shows the date we last checked it. We label prices as asking, high bid or sold. We credit every photo and link to where it came from. The editorial policy explains the rules, and the contact page is how you send corrections.
Who is behind it?
The Lighthouse Dream editors write and maintain this independent directory. They are not a broker, a lender or an agent, and they take no part in any sale. Contact details are on the contact page.
